- Assist client in shortlisting of Contractors / Vendors
- Follow up release of tenders
- Conduct pre-bid meeting
- Assist client in award of work & issue contract documents
Time Management
- Preparation of Master Programme & WBS for project
- Constructability Reviews of GFC drawings
- Monitor progress of work, prepare & circulate minutes
- Check on long lead items, followups for GFC drawings
Quality Management
- Ensure compliance to drawings & specs
- Set procedures such as pour-cards, checklists etc
- Inspect & ensure standards of workmanship
- Ensure quality documentation
- Check on product gurantees
- Conduct periodic quality meetings
Cost Management
- Prepare cashflow based on construction programme
- Review planned cost vs actual cost
- Obtain approval for original / changed cost
- Develop effective cost control system
- Vet materials as per schedules & BOQs
- Valuation of Bills, certification of bills of contractors
- Prepare variations, scrutinize & approve rate analysis
Safety Management
- Ensure enforcement of safe practices, PPE, health & hygenic environment at site
- Conduct periodic safety audit
Status Reporting on
- Progress as per master schedule
- Material procurement
- Pending actions by employer, pending drawings
- Cost of project against budget
- Quality Issues, progress photographs
Project Close-out Report
- Submission of report
- As-built documentation by contractors
- Submission of warranties, guarantees
- Commissioning & handing over of Project to Client
